Okay... so I don't have all the steps of how I did my Na'vi photo-manipulation... but I do still have some of the layers! So I went back and tried to piece together how I did it... but you are going to notice a HUGE leap because I worked on one image for the face after I changed the nose...

If you guys want to make one, manipulate the nose using the "liquify" under filter
